Oil Filter Adapters
TAF-L™ Model
The easy to install Model TAF-L™ is designed for the four cylinder Continental engines. Model TAF-L™ mounts on the oil cooler pad located on the left side, aft end of the engine case. The oil screen is desoldered from the oil screen cap and the cap and temperature probe are re-installed into the engine. This eliminates the need to remove the temperature probe at oil changes. The TAF-L™ comes complete with a Tempest® AA48108-2 spin-on filter.
Engine Applicability: Continental C-75 Series, Continental C-85 Series, Continental C-90 Series and Continental O-200 Series
Airframe Applicability: Cessna 120, Cessna 140, Cessna 150, Luscombes, Taylorcrafts and Cubs

C6LC-S™ Model
This engine mounted oil filter adapter provides oil filtering capabilities for the larger six cylinder Continental engines. Ease of installation, ease of oil filter change, and decreased engine wear are its design characteristics. The C6LC-S™ comes complete with a Tempest® AA48108-2 spin-on filter and all necessary mounting hardware.

CO-300™ Model
This engine mounted oil filter adapter is as easy to install as 1,2,3. Remove the screen, screw the adapter into the housing, and spin on the filter. The CO-300™ model comes complete with a Tempest® AA48108-2 spin-on filter and all necessary mounting hardware.

This engine mounted oil filter adapter, is a longer version of the popular C6LC-S™. The extra length of the C6LC-L™ provides additional clearance over engine compartment components. It too is designed with ease of installation in mind. The longer body provides easy access to the filter for quick and easy filter changes. The model C6LC-L™ comes complete with a Tempest® AA48108-2 spin-on filter and mounting hardware.

C6LC-11/15™ Model
This engine mounted oil filter adapter is designed for Continental Motors O-470-11 and O-470-15 engines in the Cessna L-19 “Birdog”. This adapter is drilled and tapped to accept the oil temperature probe. Access to the “screen” area makes installation quite simple. The C6LC-11/15™ model comes complete with a Tempest® AA48108-2 spin-on oil filter and mounting hardware.
